Abstract: The aim of this paper is to present the basic principles of the mesh basket-like six-electrode renal denervation (RDN) system, research progress in anti-hypertensive therapy and modulation of autonomic nerves for the treatment of diseases. It discusses the advances in system design, operational optimization and expansion of clinical applications, as well as the challenges faced. The future prospects of personalized autonomic nerves modulation for the treatment of diseases are also discussed.
