Abstract: With the development of medicine, the information of gene sequence has gradually become the basis of accurate molecular diagnosis for many diseases, and the technology of gene detection has been gradually promoted in the precision medicine. The experts in precision medicine, laboratory medicine, pathology, and other related fields discuss the application and management of gene detection in precision medicine, and put forward proposals for the quality control, improvement and optimization of each step of gene detection methods. The target of this paper is to provide reference for all laboratories engaged in precision medicine, so as to better serve the patients.
