Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the effect of QR code scanning combined with on-site explanation on the inhalation of drugs for patients with obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods:The patients were randomly divided into three groups including on-site explanation, QR code scanning, and QR code scanning combined with on-site explanation groups. Patients’ master degree of the inhalation of drugs was evaluated and scored 1 and 2 months after the intervention, their satisfaction and the acute attack of the disease were followed up at the 6th month. Results:The master degrees of the inhalation of drugs were similar between the on-site explanation and QR code scanning groups, while the master degree of the QR code scanning combined with on-site explanation group was superior than those in the on-site explanation and QR code scanning groups (P<0.05). Conclusions:QR code scanning combined with on-site explanation is useful for patients with obstructive ventilatory dysfunction in learning of the inhalation of drugs.
