Abstract: Objective：To summarize the experience of perioperative management of Da Vinci robot system assisted surgery in our department. Methods：The clinical data of 31 women who underwent Da Vinci robot system assisted surgery in the Department of Gynecology, Zhongshan Hospital, Fudan University were retrospectively analyzed. Among all these patients, 13 underwent hysteromyoma decollement, 11 underwent enlarged total hysterectomy with pelvic lymph node dissection, 2 underwent tumor reductive surgery (total hysterectomy with omentum majus dissection, appendix dissection, and pelvic lymph node dissection), 2 underwent oophorocystectomy, and 3 underwent adnexectomy. Results：The hospital stay was 3-5 days in the 31 patients. No patient converted to open surgery during operation. No short term complications such as infection, severe bleeding were observed. Grade A healing of abdominal puncture was observed in all patients. Conclusions：As a novel minimally invasive technology, the Da Vinci robotic surgery system is safe and feasible to be applied in the gynecological surgery, which has the advantages of higher accuracy, reduced complications, accelerated recovery, and minimized wound. The usage of Da Vinci robotic surgery system could shorten the recovery time after the surgery, reduce the workload of nurses, and helps to improve the quality of nursing.
