Abstract:
Invasive aspergillosis (IA) is the most common invasive fungal infection with high mortality in immunosuppressed patients. Through aspergillus spores floating in the air and easily be inhaled, invasive pulmonary aspergillosis (IPA) is most common. However, due to clinical manifestations of IPA are not typical, and the diagnostic gold standard is difficult to obtain based on pathology, IPA diagnosis is still challenging, especially at early stages. The development of simple, rapid and accurate diagnostic method is of great significance. This paper reviews the diagnostic methods of IPA in recent years.
