Abstract: Objective：To explore the adverse reactions and corresponding treatments of domestic BCG in treating non-muscle invasive bladder cancer. Methods：The data of adverse reactions and corresponding treatments of novel domestic BCG in treating non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC) in 36 cases were retrospectively analyzed. Results：After bladder perfusion therapy, 30 patients (83.3%) showed obvious bladder irritation symptoms such as frequent micturition, urgency of micturition, and odynuria; 12 patients (33.3%) showed flu-like symptoms such as fever; hematuria were found in 11 patients (30.6%). No patient had epididymis, tuberculous sepsis, or hepatitis; and no patient had systemic reactions such as drug allergy. Mild adverse reactions disappeared without treatment; serious adverse reactions were relieved after symptomatic treatment. Conclusions：The domestic BCG is safe and effective in the treatment of NMIBC, with less adverse reactions, which is worthy of further promotion.
