摘要: 白细胞介素35(interleukin-35,IL-35)是IL-12家族的成员,与IL-12、IL-23、IL-27结构相似,由p35和EBI3 两个亚基构成。IL-35通过STAT1、STAT4等信号通路发挥抗炎和免疫抑制作用,在类风湿关节炎、实验性自身免疫性脑脊髓炎、1型糖尿病等多种自身免疫性疾病的发病及病情进展过程中发挥重要作用。Abstract: Interleukin 35 (IL-35) is a new member of IL-12 family. Its structure is similar to that of other members (IL-12, IL-23 and IL-27), which is composed of two subunits, p35 and EBI3. IL-35 takes anti-inflammatory and immunosuppression effects mainly through STAT1 or STAT4 signaling pathway, and plays an important role in a variety of autoimmune diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis, experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis, type 1 diabetes and so on.
