Abstract: Liver is the most important target organ for hematogenous metastasis of colorectal cancer, and liver metastasis of colorectal cancer is one of the big challenges in the treatment of colorectal cancer. In order to improve the diagnosis and comprehensive treatment of liver metastases of colorectal cancer in China, the members of guideline development group collected and summarized the advanced experience and latest achievements in this field at home and abroad, and updated and developed the Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and comprehensive treatment of colorectal liver metastases (2023), which continues to provide guidance and reference for the diagnosis and treatment practice of colorectal liver metastases in China.
