All patients underwent modified Borsellino surgery with a scrotal V-incision. All patients were followed up 1, 3, and 6 months after surgery. The operative time, postoperative penis lengthening, postoperative complications and surgical satisfaction were analysed.
Results The patients was (11.1±3.0) years old, with body mass index (BMI) was (23.0±4.5) kg/m2. The operative time was (82.9±16.7) min. The postoperative penis lengthening was (2.97±0.21) cm. The extension lengthening of patients with webbed penis was (3.05±0.18) cm, which was higher than that of patients without webbed penis (2.93±0.21 cm, P < 0.05). The complications included prepuce oedema (3 cases, 4.0%), prepuce scars (4 cases, 5.4%), incision infection (2 cases, 2.7%), hematoma (1 case, 1.4%). 40 (54.1%), 27 (36.5%), 5 (6.8%), and 2 (2.7%) patients or there parents were very satisfied, satisfied, generally satisfied, and dissatisfied to the surgery, respectively.
