摘要: 线粒体作为机体内主要的能量提供细胞器,自身主要通过线粒体动力学,即融合和分裂过程以及线粒体自噬来维持平衡,功能异常的线粒体堆积会导致细胞凋亡和对能量代谢高度需求的组织器官损害。本文主要阐述线粒体动力学及其改变对于临床常见能量代谢相关疾病的影响。Abstract: Mitochondria, as the main energy supply organelles in the body, maintain balance mainly through mitochondrial dynamics—fusion and division process and mitochondrial autophagy. The accumulation of dysfunctional mitochondria will lead to cell apoptosis and damage of tissues and organs with high demand for energy metabolism. This review focuses on mitochondrial dynamics and its impact on clinically common energy metabolism-related diseases.
