新冠肺炎亚定点医院临床路径建设：复旦中山经验

Construction of clinical pathway for COVID-19 quasi-designated hospitals: experience from Zhongshan Hospital, Fudan University

摘要: 在2022年上海新型冠状病毒肺炎（新冠肺炎）疫情防控中，亚定点医院发挥了重要作用。闵行体育馆亚定点医院是上海第一批收治新冠肺炎患者的亚定点医院，自建立以来收治了大量新冠肺炎合并基础疾病的患者。本文总结了闵行体育馆亚定点医院患者接收、诊疗、护理、感控等多方面的工作经验，建立了国内首个新冠肺炎亚定点医院临床路径，为国内疫情防控工作提供复旦大学附属中山医院（复旦中山）经验。

Abstract: In the prevention and control of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) in Shanghai in 2022, quasi-designated hospitals played an important role. Minhang Stadium Quasi-designated Hospital was among the first to admit COVID-19 patients, and had cured a large number of patients with comorbidities since its establishment. This article summarized the working experience in Minhang Stadium Quasi-designated Hospital concerning patient admission, treatments, nursing, and infection control, established the first clinical pathway of quasi-designated COVID-19 hospital in China and offered valuable experience of prevention and control of COVID-19 from Zhongshan Hospital, Fudan University.
