Procedural guideline for quantification of myocardial blood flow with D-SPECT: expert consensus

摘要: 在静息/负荷心肌灌注显像（myocardial perfusion imaging, MPI）的基础上，使用D-SPECT进行心肌血流量（myocardial blood flow, MBF）和冠状动脉血流储备（coronary flow reserve, CFR）的心肌血流定量分析对冠心病的诊断具有增益价值。国内多个应用D-SPECT的医学中心共同制定了首部D-SPECT心肌血流定量操作规范并形成共识。

Abstract: Based on rest and stress myocardial perfusion imaging (MPI), quantification of myocardial blood flow (MBF) and coronary flow reserve (CFR) with D-SPECT can provide added value for diagnosis of coronary artery disease. The experienced domestic specialists with application of D-SPECT from multiple institutes or hospitals jointly develop the first procedural guideline for quantification of MBF as an expert consensus.
