NLRP3炎症小体作为肾脏疾病潜在治疗靶标的研究进展

Research progress of NLRP3 inflammasome as a potential therapeutic target for kidney disease

  • 摘要: 大量证据表明肾脏疾病与炎症小体之间存在关联,尤其是核苷酸结合寡聚化结构域样受体家族含pyrin结构域蛋白3(nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain-like receptor family pyrin domain-containing protein 3, NLRP3)炎症小体。NLRP3炎症小体在诱导肾脏炎症和纤维化中起重要作用,靶向NLRP3炎性小体组成成分的小分子抑制剂是治疗肾脏相关疾病的潜在药物。本文综述了近年NLRP3炎症小体在肾脏疾病中作用的新发现以及以NLRP3炎症小体为靶标的新策略。

     

    Abstract: Plenty of evidence suggested an association between kidney disease and inflammasomes, especially nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain-like receptor family pyrin domain-containing protein 3 (NLRP3) inflammasomes. NLRP3 inflammasomes play an important role in renal inflammation and fibrosis. Small molecule inhibitors targeting the components of NLRP3 inflammasomes are potential options for the treatment of kidney-related diseases. This article reviews the new findings of the role of NLRP3 inflammasomes in kidney disease in recent years and new strategies targeting NLRP3 inflammasomes.
