Abstract:
Retroperitoneal tumor is usually diagnosed at an advanced stage and is difficult to be completely excised by surgery for its unique anatomical location. Interventional technology has been widely used in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of retroperitoneal tumors with the advantages of minor trauma, few complications, and reproducibility. At present, the interventional diagnosis and treatment technology for retroperitoneal tumor mainly includes image-guided percutaneous needle biopsy, angiography, intravascular embolization,
125I radioactive seed implantation, and percutaneous ablation. Multidisciplinary combination therapy is an important direction to improve the clinical efficacy of patients with retroperitoneal tumor.
