Abstract: Since December 2019, the novel coronavirus pneumonia (COVID-19) has spread rapidly. Up to now, there is no relevant report at home and abroad about the COVID-19 cases with acute mumps as the first manifestation, which are easily ignored and misdiagnosed in clinic. Now, the case is reported as follows, in order to provide reference for other medical institutions in the diagnosis and treatment of COVID-19.
