肛周脓肿患者病情严重程度与纤维蛋白原、D-二聚体水平相关性分析

Correlation analysis between the severity of perianal abscess and levels of fibrinogen and D-dimer

目的分析肛周脓肿患者的严重程度与纤维蛋白原、D-二聚体间的相关性。
方法选择150例肛周脓肿患者，检测其纤维蛋白原(FIB)、D-二聚体检测水平，并分析肛周脓肿严重程度与FIB、D-二聚体的关系。
结果 FIB与病情严重程度负相关(r=-0.147，P=0.046)，而D-二聚体与病情严重程度正相关(r=0.810，P=0.007)。
结论肛周脓肿患者的FIB、D-2聚体水平与其病情严重程度相关，均可作为判断患者病情严重程度和预后指标之一。

Abstract:
Objective To analyze the correlation between the severity of patients with perianal abscess and fibrinogen (FIB) and D-dimer levels.
Methods A total of 150 patients with perianal abscess were selected, and their FIB and D-dimer levels were detected. The correlation between the severity of disease and FIB and D-dimer were analyzed.
Results The FIB level was negatively correlated to the severity of the disease (r=-0.147, P=0.046), and the D-dimer level was positively related to the severity of the disease (r=0.810, P=0.007).
Conclusions The levels of FIB and D-dimer in patients with perianal abscess are related to the severity of the disease, which can be used as one of the indicators to evaluate the severity and prognosis of the patient.
