  • 摘要: 定量磁化率成像(quantitive susceptibility mapping,QSM)是现有磁共振序列中,评估帕金森病(PD)患者大脑区域铁积聚最灵敏的定量技术,在PD的鉴别诊断、病情评估、脑结构显像、外科治疗等方面都有明显优势。本文针对QSM在PD中的应用进行概述,以期帮助临床医师进一步了解和更好地应用该技术。

     

    Abstract: Quantitative susceptibility mapping (QSM) is the most sensitive quantitative technique for evaluating the regional iron accumulation in brains of patients with Parkinson disease (PD) among the current magnetic resonance sequences, which has obvious advantages in the differential diagnosis of PD, evaluation of disease duration, brain structure imaging, and surgical treatments, etc. This review summarizes the applications of QSM in diagnosis and treatment of PD, to help clinicians further understand and apply this technology better.
