碳纳米管技术在胰腺癌临床治疗中的应用进展

  • 摘要: 胰腺癌是预后较差的恶性肿瘤之一。大多数患者在发现时已处于晚期,生存期很短。对于晚期胰腺癌患者,化疗效果并不理想。如何使化疗药物更快更高效地到达肿瘤部位是目前研究的热点。随着纳米科技的发展,纳米材料已经开始广泛应用于包括医学在内的各个领域,同时出现利用包括碳纳米管在内的纳米材料作为药物载体进行抗癌治疗的动物实验报道,并展示了较好的初步疗效。因此,本文就碳纳米管作为药物载体的脂质体在胰腺癌治疗领域的新进展作一综述,并展望。

     

    Abstract: Pancreatic cancer is one of the malignant tumors with poor prognosis. Most of the patients are in advanced stage when they are diagnosed, and their survival time is very short. For patients with advanced pancreatic cancer, the effect of chemotherapy is not ideal. How to make chemotherapeutic drugs reach the tumor site more quickly and efficiently is a hot topic in research. With the development of nanotechnology, nanomaterials have been widely used in various fields, including medicine. Animal experiments using nanomaterials, including carbon nanotubes, as drug carriers for anticancer therapy have been reported, showing good preliminary efficacy. Therefore, this article make a review and prospect on the new progress of carbon nanotubes as liposomes drug carriers in the field of pancreatic cancer treatment.
