Abstract: With the application of neoadjuvant chemotherapy in the field of breast cancer treatment in recent years, it has obvious advantages in increasing breastconserving rate and decreasing tumor stage. The evaluation of sentinel lymph node in breast cancer patients after neoadjuvant chemotherapy may affect the followup treatment and prognosis of patients. This article reviews recent advances in research on sentinel lymph node biopsy after neoadjuvant chemotherapy in recent years.
