三级医院研究生导师与社区全科医生结对子培养模式的应用和思考

  • 摘要: 本文旨在探讨三级医院研究生导师与社区全科医师结对培养模式的应用与思考。随着我国医疗体制改革的深入,分级诊疗逐步推行,提高社区全科医生综合能力迫在眉睫,加强继续教育学习为必由之路。本文通过上、下级医院联动的创新模式,由结对的社区全科医师定期到三级医院参加专科的全面学习,结对的导师定期来社区卫生服务中心指导工作,全面提高社区全科医生整体医疗与公共卫生服务能力,不断适应医学科学技术和卫生事业的发展,充分发挥好居民健康“守门人”的作用。

     

    Abstract: The purpose of the study is to explore the model of integration of graduate supervisors from tertiary hospitals with general practitioners from communities to improve their continuous medical education. In the deepening process of medical system reform, tiered medical services have been gradually implemented, which requests the general practitioners to improve their continuous medical education. This article discussed the integration methods: the general practitioners went to study in the tertiary hospitals and their supervisors took part in their practice regularly. Following the integration model, the general practitioners improved their medical and public health service ability to follow the development of medical science.
