Abstract
Percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) has become one of the main methods for treating coronary heart disease. Transradial access as the main vascular approach for PCI, is widely used due to its convenience and lower risk of complications. However, transradial access for PCI still has some complications, such as vascular injury, bleeding. Therefore, the management of complications related to the transradial access is particularly important. This article reviews the complications and related influencing factors of transradial access PCI, in order to increase nurses' understanding of the complications of the transradial access and increase benefits for PCI patients.
