Expert consensus on high-quality development of nursing

The 1^st Asian Nursing Forum was successfully held in Shanghai from 5th to 9th May 2021. Under the guidance of the document "Opinions on Promoting the High-Quality Development of Public Hospitals", "expert consensus on high-quality development of nursing" was formulated through the in-depth discussion of experts from 32 domestic large general hospitals and nursing colleges. The Consensus proposed the core principles and elements of nursing development in the new era, including upholding the Party's leadership, discipline construction, personnel training, scientific management and patient-oriented services.
