Abstract:The incidence rate of insomnia is increasing year by year, causing great harm to patients’ physical and mental health. Acoustic stimulation technology has attracted more and more attention because of its safe, non-invasive, closed-loop automation and family-oriented characteristics. This review mainly focuses on the research progress of voice therapy for insomnia, such as music therapy and pink noise therapy, which will provide a new non-invasive regulation way for the therapy of insomnia. |
