Abstract:Objective To explore mechanisms of the anti-aging effects of A.pocynum venetum L.. Methods The anti-aging related components, targets, molecular function and pathway of A. venetum were obtained by network pharmacology. The anti-aging effect and key target of A. venetum were verified using the aging mouse model. Results 9 active components, 85 key targets, 116 molecular functions and 163 pathways of A. venetum were obtained. A. venetum protected mouse against D-galactose induced aging, and down-regulated expression of p53. Conclusions A. venetum, has multiple active components, could protect against aging by down-regulating expression of p53. |
