Abstract:In recent years, IgG4-related diseases have received extensive attention. Its clinical manifestations involve multiple organ dysfunction. When it comes to renal involvement, tubular interstitial nephritis and membranous nephropathy are commonly described in renal biopsy. This article aims to report the diagnosis, treatment and prognostic following up two clinical cases of IgG4-related nephropathy recently admitted to our department. The relevant literature and new progress are reviewed.
