Abstract:Objective: To analyze the correlation between the severity of patients with perianal abscess and fibrinogen (FIB) and D-dimer levels. Methods: A total of 150 patients with perianal abscess were selected, and their FIB and D-dimer levels were detected. The correlation between the severity of disease and FIB and D-dimer were analyzed. Results: The FIB level was negatively correlated to the severity of the disease (r=-0.147, P=0.046), and the D-dimer level was positively related to the severity of the disease (r=0.810, P=0.007). Conclusions: The levels of FIB and D-dimer in patients with perianal abscess are related to the severity of the disease, which can be used as one of the indicators to evaluate the severity and prognosis of the patient. |
