Abstract:COVID-19 is highly contagious, although the disease is mainly mild, there is still a certain mortality rate. Although corresponding measures have been adopted in various countries around the world, the number of COVID-19 patients has continued to increase and the epidemic situation is still severe. As of February 26, a total of 78 191 patients were diagnosed and 2 718 died in our country. At present and in the future, COVID-19 patients will inevitably appear in those who need surgery, surgical care and related personnel have to protect themselves while treating patients, and cross-infection of medical care due to surgery should be avoided. In order to standardize the diagnosis and treatment of spinal surgery patients with this novel infectious disease, the diagnosis and treatment standard for spinal surgery patients complicated with COVID-19 is drafted by Shanghai Public Health Clinical Center. |
