Abstract:As medical practitioners, we do think about the possibility of replacement of our role by artificial intelligence robots when all top goers were beaten by the Deep Blue. This may become true firstly in the field of diagnosis because of oceans of storage, incredible fast calculation, inexhaustible study and endless upgrade of AI robots. With the development of computerized image analysis, industrial automation and artificial feedback control technology, therapeutic AI robot system has become reality. This kind of therapeutic system was initially established in the microsurgery field which needs more precision and stability. AI robots were also applied in therapeutic interventional radiology as for the safety of human interventionists. The first case of a human intracranial aneurysm treated by an AI robot was reported by the Western Toronto Hospital of Canada in November, 2019. In this paper, we discuss about the application prospects of AI robots in the field of diagnosis and endovascular treatment of cerebral vascular diseases.
