Abstract:The application of chimeric antigen receptor-T cell (CAR-T) cells is a promising cellular immunotherapy in oncotherapy recent years. Gratifying results have been achieved in the treatment of hematologic malignancies such as B-lymphocytic leukemia by using CAR-T cells, but considerable difficulties still need to be overcome in the treatment of solid tumors. This review mainly discusses the principle, application, as well as the side effects of CAR-T cells therapy.
