Abstract:[Abstract] The purpose of the study is to explore the model of integration of graduate supervisors from tertiary hospitals with general practitioners from communities to improve their continuous medical education. In the deepening process of medical system reform, tiered medical services have been gradually implemented, which requests the general practitioners to improve their continuous medical education. This article discussed the integration methods: the general practitioners went to study in the tertiary hospitals and their supervisors took part in their practice regularly. Following the integration model, the general practitioners improved their medical and public health service ability to follow the development of medical science.
