目的 人才是公立医院高质量发展的核心力量,人才评价是人才发展机制的重要组成部分,建立科学合理的人才评价机制,是持续激励、引导人才创新进取的“指挥棒”,也是实现公立医院高质量发展的根本。方法 本文探究公立医院人才评价的现状及存在的问题,在破“五唯”背景下,以四川大学华西医院为例,对人才评价机制进行创新改革分析。结果 形成医院规范化、科学化的人才评价体系,构建精细化的高效现代医院管理体系,促成人尽其才、才尽其用的可持续发展新局面。结论 此次创新改革促进了人才高效快速成长,也为其他公立医院提供可借鉴的指导内容。 |

Abstract:Objective Talent is the core force for the high-quality development of public hospitals. Talent evaluation is an important part of the talent development mechanism. Establishing a scientific and reasonable talent evaluation mechanism is the "baton" for continuously motivating and guiding talents to innovate and keep forging ahead, and is also the foundation for achieving high-quality development of public hospitals.MethodsIn this paper, the current situation and existing problems of talent evaluation in public hospitals were explored. Under the background of “breaking the five-only", West China Hospital of Sichuan University was regarded as an example to analyze the innovative reform of the talent evaluation mechanism.Results A standardized and scientific talent evaluation system for hospitals was formed and a refined and efficient modern hospital management system was established to promote a new situation of sustainable development that allows everyone to fully display his/her talents and makes the best use of everyone’s talents.Conclusion This innovative reform promotes the efficient and rapid growth of talents and also provides guidance for other public hospitals to learn from. |
