目的 观察康复新液在口腔颌面部肿瘤外科手术患者术后口腔感染预防中的应用效果。方法 采用便利抽样法,选取2023年4月-2023年12月复旦大学附属中山医院收治的70例采取手术治疗的口腔颌面部肿瘤患者,按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(n=35)与观察组(n=35)。对照组患者给予对症治疗和常规口腔护理;观察组患者在对照组处理的基础上饭后含漱康复新液。比较两组患者术后血清炎症因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)]、免疫指标(CD4+、CD3+)、口腔感染发生率、疼痛评分、生活质量评分、护理满意度。结果 观察组患者术后TNF-α、IL-6、hs-CRP水平分别为均明显低于对照组的,差异均有统计学意义(t=2.089,P=0.040;t=4.574,P=0.000;t=3.578,P=0.001)。观察组术后口腔感染发生率为1%,明显低于对照组的7%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.081,P=0.024)结论 口腔颌面肿瘤外科手术患者在术后使用康复新液能够有效降低口腔感染风险,缓解疼痛程度,提高生活质量,从而提高患者对护理的满意度。 |

Objective To observe the application effect of Kangfuxin liquid in the prevention of postoperative oral infection in patients with oral and maxillofacial tumor surgery. Methods: By convenience sampling method, 70 patients with oral and maxillofacial tumors who were admitted to Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University from April 2023 to December 2023 were selected, and the patients were divided into control group (n=35) and observation group (n=35) according to the random number table method. The control group was given symptomatic treatment and routine oral care; the observation group was given Kangfuxin liquid after meal on the basis of the treatment of the control group. The postoperative serum inflammatory factors [tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin-6 (IL-6), high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP)], immune indexes (CD4+, CD3+), incidence of oral infection, pain score, quality of life score, and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results: The levels of TNF-α, IL-6 and hs-CRP in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (t=2.089, P=0.040; t=4.574, P=0.000; t=3.578, P=0.001). The incidence of postoperative oral infection in the observation group was 1%, which was significantly lower than 7% in the control group, with statistically significant differences (χ2=5.081, P=0.024) Conclusions: The use of Kangfuxin liquid after surgery in patients with oral and maxillofacial tumor surgery can effectively reduce inflammatory response, reduce the risk of oral infection, relieve pain, improve quality of life, and thus improve patients' satisfaction with nursing. |
