目的 调查临床护士对标准化护理术语认知水平现状,并分析影响其影响因素。方法 2023年3月5日~2023年3月21日,采用目的抽样的方法,以复旦大学附属中山医院临床在册护士为研究对象,采用自行设计的护士标准化护理术语知信行调查量表对432名护士进行调查。结果 临床护士标准化护理术语总得分为86.82±14.77分,其中知识维度得分为14.48±3.93分,态度维度得分为22.9±2.90分,行为维度得分为49.44±9.84分。多因素分析结果显示,学位、工作年限对认知水平影响显著。具备学士学位护士(B=-1.277, p=0.007)与工作年限>15年护士(B=-1.048, p=0.036)认知水平较差。结论 护士标准化护理术语态度处于较高水平,知识、行为处于中等水平,应进一步加强。影响护士标准化护理术语认知水平的主要因素有学位和工作年限。 |

Objective To investigate the cognitive level of clinical nurses on standardized nursing terms, and analyze the influencing factors. Methods From March 5 to March 21, 2023, 432 nurses in Zhongshan Hospital Fudan University were investigated with the self-designed standardized nursing terminology knowledge survey. Results The total cognitive score of standardized nursing terms was 86.82±14.77, of which the knowledge dimension score was 14.48±3.93, the attitude dimension score was 22.9±2.90 and the behavior dimension score was 49.44±9.84. Multifactor analysis showed that educational background and working years had significant influence on cognitive level. Nurses with bachelor"s degree (B=-1.277, p=0.007) and working years > 15 years (B=-1.048, p=0.036) had poor cognitive level. Conclusions Nurses" attitude towards standardized nursing terminology is at a high level, while knowledge and behavior are at a medium level. Educational background and working years are the main factors affect the cognition level of standardized nursing terms. |
