医务人员处于抗击新冠肺炎疫情的前线,较其他人群面临更高的感染风险和更大的压力与挑战,需要承担长时间的超负荷工作,造成身心疲惫和耗竭。本文通过回顾国内外相关文献,围绕医务人员在新冠疫情期间的常见心理健康问题,如焦虑、抑郁、失眠、应激反应等,提出从管理流程、心理/社会支持、心理承受力,以及作息和情绪管理等方面综合干预和预防的措施,促进医务人员的身心健康。 |

Abstract: |
The healthcare workers (HCWs) are not only heroes in harm's way during COVID-19 pandemic, but also have to face the higher risk of infection of SARS-CoV-2 virus, to experience more stress and challenges from their working time prolongation and working overload, and to sustain burnout and mental health distress. This article reviews current studies on mental health of HCWs during COVID-19 pandemic, and finds common mental problems including anxiety, depression, insomnia, stress reactions and so on. And several prevention and intervention approaches for the physical and mental health of HCWs are recommended, such as reform of management procedures, psychological/social support, resilience, and circadian rhythms, and emotional management. |
