摘要: |
在静息/负荷心肌灌注显像(myocardial perfusion imaging,MPI)的基础上,使用D-SPECT进行心肌血流量(myocardial blood flow,MBF)和冠状动脉血流储备(coronary flow reserve,CFR)的心肌血流定量分析对冠心病的诊断具有增益价值。国内多个应用D-SPECT的医学中心共同制定了首部D-SPECT心肌血流定量操作规范并形成共识。 |

Abstract: |
Based on rest and stress myocardial perfusion imaging (MPI), quantification of myocardial blood flow (MBF) and coronary flow reserve (CFR) with D-SPECT can provide added value for diagnosis of coronary artery disease. The experienced domestic specialists with application of D-SPECT from multiple institutes or hospitals jointly develop the first procedural guideline for quantification of MBF as an expert consensus. |
