下肢康复机器人是一种自动化康复训练设备,其基于运动再学习原理,让患者进行重复、密集、任务导向的运动,以促进步态功能康复。其在改善急性、亚急性期脑卒中患者平衡控制、步行能力(包括步速、步行距离、对称性及协调性)以及矫正异常肌张力等方面均有积极作用,但在运动轨迹上仍有待优化。目前在临床应用中应将步态训练与其他康复技术相结合以促进脑卒中患者的步态康复。 |

Application progress of robot-assisted gait training in early phase of post-stroke patients |

The lower-limb rehabilitation robot is designed as automatic rehabilitation equipment based on the principle of exercise relearning. The robotic-assisted gait training (RAGT) enables patients to carry out repetitive, intensive, and task-oriented movements to promote walking recovery. RAGT has shown positive effects on improving balance control, walking ability (including pace, walking distance, symmetry, and coordination), and muscle tone correction, whereas its movement trajectory remained to be optimized. Gait training should be combined with other rehabilitation techniques in clinical rehabilitation to improve walking recovery. |
