摘要: |
目的:探讨单中心肿瘤心脏病多学科门诊患者的流行病学特征。方法:收集并分析2018年4月至2020年12月复旦大学附属中山医院肿瘤心脏病多学科门诊就诊患者的资料。结果:共收治343例患者,其中女性222例,平均年龄(59.2±12.1)岁。患者原发肿瘤类型排名前列者分别为乳腺癌(35.9%)、肺癌(21.3%)、胃癌(5.5%)、结直肠癌(5.5%)、结缔组织和软组织恶性肿瘤(5.0%)和肝细胞肝癌(4.4%)。患者就诊目的主要包括心血管不良反应的评估与处理、合并心血管系统基础疾病抗肿瘤治疗风险评估、心脏原发或转移性肿瘤的治疗与对症处理等。结论:根据流行病学调查结果,团队将进一步优化结构、丰富监测手段、完善诊治流程,改善和提高肿瘤心脏病患者的预后和生活质量。 |

Objective: To investigate the epidemiological characteristics of outpatients from cardio-oncology multidisciplinary ambulatory service based on single clinical center.Methods: Data of cardio-oncology outpatients from Zhongshan Hospital, Fudan University from April 2018 to December 2020 were collected and analyzed. Results: Among the 343 patients included, 222 were female, with an average age of (59.2±12.1) years. The top primary tumor types of patients were breast cancer (35.9%), lung cancer (21.3%), gastric cancer (5.5%), colorectal cancer (5.5%), connective tissue and soft tissue malignancy (5.0%), and liver cancer (4.4%). The main purposes of patients’ consultation included assessment and management of cardiovascular adverse reactions, risk evaluation of antitumor therapy for patients combined with underlying cardiovascular diseases, treatment and symptomatic management of primary or metastatic heart tumors, etc.Conclusions: According to the epidemiological survey results, the team will further optimize team structure, enrich the monitoring methods, improve the diagnosis and treatment process, and improve the prognosis and quality of life of cardio-oncology patients. |
