摘要: |
成纤维细胞生长因子10(fibroblast growth factor-10,FGF-10)可调控细胞增殖、迁移、分化和凋亡,参与多种肺部疾病的发生发展。FGF-10能促进损伤修复,抑制纤维化,促进肺间充质干细胞增殖和动员,能够对抗各种刺激因素所致的急性肺损伤及气道损伤。因此,FGF-10重组蛋白的肺内局部给药可能成为某些呼吸系统疾病治疗的新策略。本文总结了FGF-10在呼吸系统疾病防治中的价值及其潜在应用前景。 |

Abstract: |
Fibroblast growth factor-10 (FGF-10) regulates cell proliferation, migration, differentiation, apoptosis, and participates in the occurrence of various lung diseases. FGF-10 can promote injury repair, inhibit fibrosis, and promote lung mesenchymal stem cell proliferation and mobilization. FGF-10 has protective effects on acute lung injury and airway damage caused by various stimuli. Therefore, local administration of recombinant FGF-10 protein into the lung may become a new strategy for the treatment of certain respiratory diseases. This paper reviews the value and potential prospects of application of FGF-10 in prevention and treatment of respiratory diseases. |
