摘要: |
正电子发射计算机断层成像/核磁共振(PET/MR)作为一款创新型医疗设备,其价值尚未得到临床广泛认可。设备使用方法、图像的扫描重建、图像后处理技术等依赖生产厂家提供的软硬件平台,因而近年PET/MR进入临床常规检查面临不少挑战。2018年起,国内十多家医疗机构陆续安装了联影一体化PET/MR设备,各主要装机医院和联影研发人员进行了深度交流与合作。针对设备特点,就PET/MR临床检查规范、全身扫描床位规划、全身扫描协议组规划、时空一体扫描和图像质量控制等达成共识,为后续PET/MR临床工作开展提供建议和参考。 |

Abstract: |
PET/MR faces many challenges in entering clinical routine examination. As an innovative medical device, its value has not been widely recognized by the clinic. Different manufacturers provide different software and hardware platforms, which lead to inconsistent equipment operation, scanning and reconstruction, and post-processing technology. Since 2018, more than ten domestic medical institutions have successively installed UIH integrated PET/MR equipment. Experts from the installed hospital conducted in-depth discussions on the challenges of PET/MR examinations. According to the characteristics of UIH PET/MR equipment, this discussion reached a consensus on whole-body bed planning, whole-body protocol group planning, spatio-temporal integrated scanning and image quality control. It is expected that this consensus will provide suggestions for the follow-up PET/MR clinical work. |
