Abstract: |
Objective: To explore the value of mirror image therapy in patients with lower limb dysfunction after stroke. Methods: A total of 100 patients with lower extremity dysfunction after stroke were selected. All of them were treated in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019. They were randomly divided into groups using the digital table extraction method, and the conventional rehabilitation program (control group, n = 50 ) Compared with the rehabilitation program using mirror therapy (observation group, n = 50), lower limb motor function, movement function, balance function, daily living ability, muscle strength classification, gait, walking ability classification were compared. Results: Before the treatment, the scores of lower limb motor function, movement function, balance function, and ability of daily living were not different after evaluation (P> 0.05). After the treatment, the evaluation scores were all the same. Compared with the control group, the degree of improvement in the observation group was more significant, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Before the treatment of the two groups, there was no difference in the strength of the hamstring and quadriceps muscles after evaluation (P> 0.05). After the treatment, the evaluation scores increased, and compared with the control group, the observation group increased. More significant, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Before the treatment of the two groups, there was no difference in gait, ie, pace, frequency, and step length (P> 0.05). After the treatment, each evaluation value increased, and the observation group was more significant. The difference was statistically significant. Significance (P <0.05). After treatment in the observation group, the sum of walking ability grades 3, 4, and 5 was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: In the rehabilitation of lower limb dysfunction after stroke, the application of mirror therapy can promote the recovery of lower limb movement, movement and balance function, enhance the ability of daily living activities, improve the lower limb hamstring muscle, quadriceps muscle strength and gait At the same time, improve walking ability. |
