超级电脑“深蓝”打败国际象棋大师卡斯特洛夫十年后人工智能Alpha GO又在围棋领域完胜李世石,这时医生们也许应该思考这样一个问题,人工智能机器人是否会逐渐替代人类来诊断甚至治疗疾病。计算机海量存储、快速计算、不知疲倦学习、永无止境的升级使得人工智能可能首先在诊断上替代并超越人类。计算机图像分析、工业自动化、智能控制的应用推动了人工智能机器人治疗系统的研发,这种治疗系统首先运用到精准度和稳定性要求极高的显微手术和具有放射损害的介入治疗领域,2019年11月首例人工智能机器人实施的颅内动脉瘤介入手术在加拿大多伦多西区医院完成,本文对人工智能在神经介入诊疗中的应用前景进行展望。 |

As medical practitioners, we do think about the possibility of replacement of our role by artificial intelligence robots when all top goers were beaten by the Deep Blue. This may become true firstly in the field of diagnosis because of oceans of storage, incredible fast calculation, inexhaustible study and endless upgrade of AI robots. With the development of computerized image analysis, industrial automation and artificial feedback control technology, therapeutic AI robot system has become reality. This kind of therapeutic system was initially established in the microsurgery field which needs more precision and stability. AI robots were also applied in therapeutic interventional radiology as for the safety of human interventionists. The first case of a human intracranial aneurysm treated by an AI robot was reported by the Western Toronto Hospital of Canada in November, 2019. In this paper, we discuss about the application prospects of AI robots in the field of diagnosis and endovascular treatment of cerebral vascular diseases. |
