摘要: |
PET/CT和PET/MRI检查具有环节多、流程复杂、患者在注射微量放射性示踪剂后需要在相对封闭的环境中停留时间长等特点,工作人员与患者之间、患者与患者之间交叉感染的风险大。在新型冠状病毒肺炎(NCP)防控期间,我们建议对进行PET/CT或PET/MRI检查的患者,根据其流行病学史和临床症状,对其患有NCP潜在的风险进行评估。据此对接触具有潜在风险患者的工作人员要采取必要的防护措施,并对具有潜在风险患者接触的场所进行合理的消毒,以降低交叉感染的风险。 |

PET/CT or PET/MRI examination flow are characterized by many steps, complex process, and the patients need to stay a long time in a relatively closed environment after injection of radioactive tracers. There is a high risk of cross infection between medical staff and patients, and between patients and patients. During the novel coronavirus pneumonia (NCP) prevention and control period, we recommend that patients underwent PET/CT or PET/MRI examination should be evaluated the potential risks of developing the NCP according to their epidemiological history and clinical symptoms. Therefore, it is necessary to take appropriate protective measures for the staff who will be in close contact with patients with suspected novel coronavirus infection, and reasonably sterilize the places where patients with potential infection risks are in contact, so as to reduce the risk of cross infection. |
