舒芬太尼常用于抑制全麻诱导时气管插管引起的心血管反应,但在注射时可引起患者呛咳,剧烈呛咳可导致闭合空腔脏器压力骤增,对于颅高压及气胸等患者,可增加麻醉诱导风险,因舒芬太尼剂量的不同其发生率为28%-65%不等,多种药物及方法能够不同程度的抑制全麻诱导中舒芬太尼所致呛咳反应,但在效能方面的比较文献相对较少。舒芬太尼诱导所用的浓度各有不同,预给药时机也从2-15分钟不等,本文将从近几年来不同药物在抑制全麻诱导中舒芬太尼所致呛咳反应的文献中进行相应的比较,从舒芬太尼所致呛咳反应的机制,影响因素,预防给药与舒芬太尼剂量相关性以及预给药时机等三方面做一综述。 |

Sufentanil is often used to inhibit the cardiovascular response caused by tracheal intubation during general anesthesia induction, but it can cause cough in patients during injection, severe cough response can increase closed cavity organ pressure in patients. The risk of anesthesia induction for patients with intracranial hypertension and pneumothorax will be increased. The incidence of cough varies from 28% to 65%, a lot of drugs and methods can inhibit sufentanil-induced cough response in different degrees, however, the comparative literature on efficacy is relatively few. The dose for sufentanil induction is different, and the timing of pre-dosing varies from 2-15 minutes, this article will review the preventive medication for sufentanil-induced cough response in recent years, from the mechanism, the influential factors, the dose-response between preventive administration and sufentanil, and the timing of pre-dosing. |
