骨细胞在正畸牙移动骨重塑中作用的研究进展

Progress on the role of osteocytes in bone remodeling during orthodontic tooth movement

  • 摘要: 骨细胞不仅是骨组织的机械感受器,而且是一种生化信号反应效应器,将机械刺激转化为调节成骨细胞活性、破骨细胞活性的信号,从而调节机械应力下的骨重塑。骨细胞可能对正畸牙移动骨重塑具有调控甚至主导作用。因此,了解骨细胞功能可能对未来的正畸治疗具有重要指导意义。基于近年来的文献,本文对骨细胞对机械应力的感应及传导、机械应力刺激下骨细胞介导的骨吸收和骨形成机制作一综述。

     

    Abstract: The osteocyte is not only the mechanosensor of the bone, it is also a responsive cell that translates mechanical stimuli into signals that modulate the activity of the bone-forming osteoblasts and the bone-resorbing osteoclasts, thereby regulating bone remodeling under mechanical loading. Studies have shown that osteocyte plays a regulatory or even dominant role in bone remodeling during orthodontic tooth movement. Understanding the functions of osteocyte may have important guiding significance for future orthodontic treatment. Based on recent studies, the role of osteocyte in induction and conduction of mechanical stress, osteocyte-mediated bone absorption and bone formation mechanism under mechanical stress stimulation are summarized in this review.
