| Abstract:Objective To analyze the irrational use of antineoplastic drugs by the Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services (PIVAS) of our hospital, and to provide references for rational drug use in clinic. Method Based on "Guidelines for the Configuration and Use of Clinical Intravenous Drugs", "Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China", and drug insert sheets, a retrospective analysis was carried out on 72 irrational medical orders for antineoplastic drugs in our hospital from 2018 to 2021. Result In a total of 72 cases of irrational medical orders for antineoplastic drugs, 32 cases (44.45%) of irrational vehicle selection, 23 cases (31.94%) of irrational vehicle dosage, and 12 cases (16.67%) of irrational drug dosage, and drug compatibility Unreasonable in 5 cases (6.94%). Conclusion: PIVAS pharmacists immediately intercepted the unreasonable doctor's orders for antineoplastic drugs after reviewing, avoiding possible adverse drug events. At the same time, they summarized and analyzed the unreasonable doctor's orders and fed back to the clinic, so as to reduce the incidence of unreasonable drug use and improve the safety of drug treatment and effectiveness. |
