Abstract:Objective: The purpose of this paper is to explore how to cultivate young doctors" interdisciplinary thinking, how to guide and stimulate young doctors" enthusiasm for medical innovation with the help of cross-platform, and how to improve the efficiency of medical patent transformation through the medical-industry cross-mode. Methods: Through literature retrieval, this paper analyzes the role of the medical education system of the mode of medical and industry cross integration, and analyzes the impact of the existing mode of medical and industry cross innovation and integration based on the training of the growth of young medical talents. Results: By optimizing the curriculum, building a multi-disciplinary interdisciplinary academic exchange and innovative practice platform, and guiding young doctors to carry out clinical problem-oriented scientific research, the number of patent applications and authorizations, and the number of scientific research and talent project grants among young doctors have increased significantly compared with the previous ones. Conclusion: In the training of medical talents, building a multi-disciplinary integrated and cross training environment and mechanism and improving the post graduation education mode of medical talents will help to cultivate high-level and compound innovative talents who adapt to the times.
