| Abstract:Objective To explore the management mode suitable for the coordinated development of clinical research and achievement transformation in research hospitals under the background of rejuvenating the country through science and technology. Methods The management mode was analyzed, summarized and summarized through literature investigation and combined with the work practice of Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University. Results The management mode of collaborative development of clinical research and achievement transformation in research hospitals needs to have the following four elements: the construction of complete organizational structure, the construction of public platform, industrialization oriented clinical research design, and the intervention of management departments. Conclusion The management mode of Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University is effective and operable, which is worth popularizing in research hospitals. |
