Abstract:Objective: To study the effect of perioperative lung rehabilitation training on respiratory distress in postoperative patients with lung cancer. Methods: from April 2021 to November 2021, 300 patients with lung cancer were randomly divided into two groups, 150 cases in each group. In addition to the routine treatment and nursing in the perioperative period after lung cancer surgery, the experimental group implemented the perioperative comprehensive lung rehabilitation training program on this basis, and evaluated the Anderson symptoms, dyspnea, cough and fatigue of the patients on the third day after operation. The extubation time, postoperative hospital stay, nursing satisfaction, and the number of cases of pulmonary infection and atelectasis within two weeks after operation were recorded. Results: there was no significant difference between the two groups in general data such as gender, age, surgical site and mode, pathology and clinical TNM stage, as well as the number of postoperative pulmonary infection and atelectasis (P > 0.05); However, the extubation time and postoperative hospital stay in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group, and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: perioperative lung rehabilitation training can effectively treat respiratory distress and promote the rehabilitation of patients with lung cancer.
