| Abstract:Purpose: This article aims at investigate the source of stress for nurses in the department of hematology, and gives corresponding measures for the source of stress. Methods: Using Chinese nurse stressor scale and PTSR psychological stress scale, we investigated the stressors of 20 nurses in the Department of Hematology in 2021 from March to April. Results: More than half of nurses are in the stress stage, The source of pressure of hematology nurses is mainly related to workload, working hours, working environment, and conflicts between nurses and patients. Conclusion: Want to change the stressful situation of nurses in Hematology Department, It is necessary to start with hospital management, optimize ward management, rationally arrange shifts, increase investment in human resources, pay attention to the development of nurses' vocational training and psychological counseling activities, and improve the root cause of the stressful situation of nurses in the department of hematology. |
