| Abstract:Objective: Under the mode of medical alliance, the intensive care unit nurses of the intensive care unit of the medical alliance unit were trained on the platform of the intensive care unit of the third class A hospital, so as to improve the post competence and overall nursing level of the intensive care unit nurses. Methods: From November 2018 to November 2020, 41 specialized nurses engaged in critical care in the intensive care department of eight hospitals in the medical union were selected for theoretical knowledge, operational skills and scientific research training, and their theoretical achievement, professional operation ability, core ability and satisfaction with the course were compared before and after the training. Results: After training, the theoretical scores and skill scores were higher than before training, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); After the training, the evaluation of the head nurses' core competence was higher than that before the training (P<0.05). After the training, the clinical teaching and ward round ability and scientific research ability of specialized nurses have been improved. Conclusion: Under the mode of medical alliance, the training of critical care nurses in all units of the medical alliance is helpful to improve the core ability of the nurses and the overall service level of the critical care department. |
